We’ve encountered several issues that have mandated that we contact Bet99 support, and we’ve had a somewhat pleasant experience with them. Bet99 offers support only via live chat and email, and both are available 24 hours a day.
Bet99 Ontario Customer Service: How to get help?
Accessing the live chat support and email support are 2 different processes. For the live chat support, you’ll see a chat: button at the top of the site, just click on it, and you’ll have access to live chat support. Bet99 Live Chat
The live chat support is available to both registered and unregistered players. But to get specialized support from an agent, you’ll need to be registered. When you click the “chat” menu at the top of the homepage, the live chat support will pop up with a bot ready to respond to you.
But if you want specialized support from an agent, you’ll need to provide the chatbot with your details, including name, email, and date of birth. Live chat support is available 24 hours a day, and Bet99 provides live chat support in English and French.

Unfortunately, Bet99 doesn’t offer phone support to its customers. For now, support is exclusively via email and live chat. However, phone support would have really helped get connected to support faster and get answers quicker.

Even though Bet99 is constantly monitoring its email, the constant emails they receive may be the reason it takes them hours to respond to your emails. But just keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours before you get a response from the bookmaker.

How fast does Bet99 customer service actually respond?
Based on our experience with the bookmaker, it’ll take about 2 minutes to prompt support to transfer to an agent, and about 2 minutes to connect to an agent. So that makes it about 4 minutes to get a response from a customer support agent.
Meanwhile, the Bet99 email support we contacted took about 5 hours to respond the first time, and subsequent responses took longer, but no longer than 24 hours.
